Certificate issued by Maritime Office, valid for 5 years. Renewal requires documented 12-month sea service on passenger ships within the last 5 years. Lack of required experience necessitates retaking the course.
Training goal
Leadership and command in crisis situations, application of onboard emergency procedures, optimization of resource utilization, control of reactions to crisis situations, management of passenger and crew behavior during crises, and maintenance of effective communication.
