Course description
We are the first centre in Poland accredited to conduct this training. The training on preventing bullying and harassment in the maritime sector, in accordance with IMO resolution MSC.560(108), is a mandatory refresher for seafarers from 1 January 2026.
The course raises awareness and equips seafarers with the knowledge and skills needed to prevent, recognise and respond to cases of violence, including bullying, sexual harassment and aggression on board ships.

IMO resolution MSC.560(108) and the new provisions of the STCW Convention introduced by this resolution, effective from 1 January 2026.
Upon completion, participants will receive a new certificate issued by the Maritime Office in Gdynia (within 30 days). Course price: 220 PLN + 20 PLN administrative fee.
Training goal
