Course Content
The course covers three main examination functions:
- Electrical Engineering and Automation: Fundamentals of electrical engineering, electronics, electric machines, automation, marine propulsion systems, power systems, high voltage technology, programmable controllers
- Maintenance and Repair: Electrical equipment, marine refrigeration, operation of electrical devices, ship construction
- Ship Management and Crew Care: Ergonomics, environmental protection, leadership skills
Compliant with IMO standards and Polish maritime law
Certificate
Upon completion of the training and passing the exam, participants receive a Marine Electro-Technical Officer diploma compliant with IMO regulations and Polish maritime law.
Training goal
Prepare for Marine Electro-Technical Officer duties on seagoing vessels, including:
- Managing shipboard electrical systems and automation
- Performing maintenance and repairs on electrical equipment
- Ensuring workplace safety and environmental protection
Requirements
Do szkolenia wymagane są:
- Świadectwa przeszkoleń w zakresie obsługi układów >1 kV, ochrony przeciwpożarowej, pierwszej pomocy
- Wykształcenie morskie typu A/B/C lub 36-miesięczna praktyka na statkach
- Zaświadczenie o zaliczeniu książki praktyk
